Capacity changes
Some weeks contain travel, appointments, deadlines, family commitments or simply less usable time. Treating every week as identical creates plans that fail for predictable reasons.
Capacity Planning lets you mark that reality before you choose what the week should hold.
Reduce scope before motivation has to rescue it
On a limited-capacity week, simplify actions, move optional work and choose fewer outcomes. That is planning, not giving up.
If a goal still matters but this week is wrong for it, pausing or shrinking the next action protects the goal better than repeatedly missing an unrealistic plan.
Leave room for ordinary life
Do not allocate every available hour. Errands run late, people call, energy changes and small problems appear.
A plan with breathing room is usually more useful than a perfect-looking plan that assumes nothing unexpected will happen.
